What is the LearningLeaders Waitlist Policy?

Once the time slot is released, we will contact the first student in Waitlist, or contact before the next season starts.

The definition of Waitlist: The student who couldn’t find any suitable time slot to enroll for the current lesson as the time conflict or full enrollment, and we didn’t create any registration of the current coming semester for him/her. We put him/her in the Waitlist space for further follow-up. 

  1. Once the time slot is released, we will contact the first student in Waitlist by phone/Email. The seat is not confirmed until we reach out to the student. If we couldn’t received the response from the student in 2 days, the seat will be released to the next student with confirmation. 
  2. The student is waiting in different time slots, if she/he wait successfully in 1 time slot and confirmed. The other time slots of waiting will be automatically canceled.
  3. If the students are still waiting until the season start, we will automatically move them to the prioritized contact list for the next season once we enrolled the current students in.
