LearningLeaders Coaches are professional skills-focused coaches with expertise in debating and public speaking.
At LearningLeaders, we take pride in offering the best educators to coach students through the difficult process of cultivating skills in public speaking and debate. We invite coaches from many different fields and diverse educational backgrounds to join the team. We invite coaches to join us from many different fields. Some of our coaches have special expertise in competitive debate, some are professional teachers, and some come from the world of finance, sports, and art.
To become a coach at LearningLeaders is not simple - we accept between 4-10% of applicants for full-time coaching roles at LearningLeaders. The average level of experience on our team is between 6-7 years coaching and each coach receives not only training when they join but also twice on a weekly basis.
Our coach team comes from countries such as the USA, Ireland, UK, Russia, and China. We believe that each coach’s unique set of skills enables them to provide students with a more global perspectives. All of our coaches share a passion for education, public speaking, and debate. As the ultimate goal of public speaking and debate training is to prepare students for the multitude of personal and professional pathways they may take, it is critical to expose students to different styles of communication, experiences, and culture.
